We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our NSW sales team in Sydney. Reporting through to our National Business Manager, who is based in Sydney, you will act as the front-line ‘face of GWA’ to our Residential Builder customers in NSW.

In this role you will develop and implement growth plans by identifying new opportunities within the residential market that will result in product portfolio growth, maintain an existing pipeline of customers, monitor competitor activity, report on market intelligence and forecast for future work.

It’s a typical BDM role, whereby delivering what is expected, you will have the opportunity to bring to life all three of our cultural pillars: We are Customer Focused and Consumer Driven, We Care for Each Other and We all Lead!

As an experienced Business Development or Account Manager, you already know what is required in this type of role though.   • Are a great team player
  • Love to network and have demonstrated history of realising the commercial benefits from having a great network
  • Are adaptable and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to create great customer experiences
  • And preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing
