We are seeking a National Manager Indirect, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), who will manage the national Indirect Sales team in collaboration with the COO. The role is responsible for managing the portal for all channel partners and liaises across the organisation to ensure that channel partners are informed and supported by KM to achieve their targets. The role will also take a key role in providing partners with the support to transform and instil confidence in the strategic direction of Konica Minolta.

The role will be part of our sales leadership group and will be required to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

  • Coach, guide and lead direct reports to achieve their KRAs and KPIs and develop their skills and capabilities by collaborating and sharing new directions with the team.
  • Manage the engagement, retention and performance of employees within your own team.
  • Regularly interact with channel partners to keep them engaged and motivated to support transformation with a continued focus on promoting and selling KM offerings.
  • Instil confidence in all channel partners of the direction of Konica Minolta.
  • Proactively advocate the KM brand in all interactions with customers and stakeholders both current and prospective.
  • Engage with all teams/functions across Konica Minolta to work effectively with our Partners.
  • Be a respected challenger in the way that we do business now and in the future.

Experience required

  • 8-10+ years of experience in sales.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a management role.
  • Experience outside the core business is desirable.
