Eureka 89 is a stunning fine dining and events venue occupying the entire top floor of the Eureka Tower, Melbourne and is the highest dining and events venue in the Southern Hemisphere.
About the role
Journey Beyond is currently seeking experienced, vibrant and motivated Food amp; Beverage Attendants for our Eureka 89 Restaurant Team. This position is central to ensuring the highest quality of customer service for Eureka 89 dining and events.
The successful candidates will pride themselves in service standards and an in depth understanding of the sequence of service in a fine dining environment. The role will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Meeting and greeting arriving and departing guests
- Assist with the set-up of functions and event spaces while adhering to the safe manual handling practices
- Providing exceptional guest and customer service at all times
- Serving food and beverage to guests according to the established sequence of service and procedures
- Maintain constant communication with the Food and Beverage Team
- Bar duties and service

- Exceptional grooming standards to meet 5 star expectations
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
