ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our leadership team at Eureka 89, the highest fine dining and events venue in the Southern Hemisphere!!
- Iconic Fine Dining Restaurant
- Opportunity to create memories thru experiential dining
- Highest quality cuisine and service driven by an experience above all else
- Preparation of the menu, ensuring high quality and 5-star guest satisfaction
- Maintaining levels of stock and inventory
- Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness and general safety of all team members working in the food preparation areas is adhered to at all times
- Compliance with all HACCP and COVID Safe requirements
- Must hold relevant Commercial Cookery qualifications, food handling and first aid certificates
- Must have the necessary working entitlements to work in Australia. This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start
ABOUT YOU
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Be passionate and proud of food and quality of service delivered
- Go above and beyond to create ongoing memorable and unique guest experiences.
- A team player and role model for all staff with effective communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude.
