We are the world’s leading guest acquisition platform for hotels, supporting 35,000 hotels in 160 countries to generate more than 87 million reservations on our platform each year.As the Office Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Concierge / front of house - meet and greet staff and visitors, making sure they sign in and temp check
- Mail, couriers and banking as required
- Ensure meeting rooms are stocked with stationery and tech is working correctly
- Assist with logistics for team workshops, lunches and events - arrange catering, book meeting rooms etc.
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies (snacks, drinks, stationery)Arrange staff gifts and prizes as required
- Assist HR and IT with on-boarding of new starters - welcome packs, equipment for home office set up, office tours.
- Respond to office queries from staff via Slack, email or in person.
- Escalate any building/facilities issues to the Workplace Operations Manager
- Work with our day cleaner to ensure the workspace and amenities are kept tidy and clean.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with office administration or front of houseProficient using G Suite (gmail, slides, docs, meet, sheets)
- Proactive, energetic and passionateStrong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with ease
- Must be able to work Wednesdays amp; Thursdays, flexible with other day/s.
