Senior Product Marketing Manager, Multi-Property
An exciting greenfield Senior Product Marketing opportunity has emerged to support our fast-growing Multi-Property product within SiteMinder’s marketing team. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Multi-Property segment, you will be critical in leading our effort to maximise the product’s full potential from the beginning of its growth trajectory.
Working autonomously as part of a sharp and supportive team, you will closely partner with our Multi-Property segment lead in Marketing. As the main GTM Marketing program interface between Product, Sales, Customer and Marketing on all things Multi-Property, you will ‘quarterback’ high-performing cross-functional teams for the seamless delivery of key Marketing-led GTM, adoption and retention programs, from kick off to completion.

We are the world’s leading guest acquisition platform for hotels, supporting 35,000 hotels in 160 countries to generate more than 87 million reservations on our platform each year.As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Multi-Property, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Define the scope, strategy and measures of success for integrated GTM marketing programs - managing seamless delivery from kickoff to completion
  • Build and develop integrated GTM playbooks and standard templates to steer marketing strategies and support product objectives
  • Work across business and stakeholder teams to drive alignment on launch criteria, finalised plans, approval stage gates, risks and blockers
  • Develop value proposition, product positioning, messaging and thought leadership ideas to cut through and differentiate in customers’ and industry’s eyes
  • Analyse key product success KPIs influenced by Marketing: CAC, conversion, product utilisation, revenue retention, ARPU, referral/advocacy and brand measures. Use insights to highlight opportunities to innovate and improve on an integrated program level
  • Build and continually research/re-assess competitive offerings to ensure brand differentiation and competitiveness
  • Manage the program extensions to facilitate international expansion and localisation of GTM efforts
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Min 10 years of product or senior marketing experience (enterprise/mid-market experience required).Hospitality or travel tech industry experience preferred and a very strong advantage
  • Strategic yet hands-on - Adept and comfortable with moving between strategy and hands-on execution daily
  • Outstanding capability to synthesise shifts in market trends and customer demands to craft a compelling narrative, then write engaging copy to effectively pitch a new product or define a new category
  • Ability to successfully pitch concepts and ideas to all levels, across functions in the business
  • Able to extrapolate and articulate simple yet compelling business and customer value from technical product capabilities
  • Superior commercial and analytical skills to extract and analyse data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate priorities and highlight growth opportunities within the product - revenue, retention, lifetime value metrics
