Front End Engineer Currently we are looking for a Front End Engineer to help us build front end solutions using the latest technologies in a truly agile fashion. Our teams are made up of solutions focussed engineers who are creating clean scalable code and are already engaged in some seriously interesting and complex projects.

We are the world’s leading guest acquisition platform for hotels, supporting 35,000 hotels in 160 countries to generate more than 87 million reservations on our platform each year.As a Senior Front End Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Deliver engaging experiences using the latest in front end technologies including Vue.js, TypeScript, Webpack, GraphQL, Restful, Node.js
- Design and code high quality software that is simple, efficient and testable
- Collaboratively work on and contribute to the construction of the component library and design system used by all of SiteMinder’s products
- Build tools and frameworks that can be largely used by the broader design and engineering teams
- Identify and prioritise efforts most impactful to design and engineering including incorporating WebContent Accessibility Guidelines
- Create detailed web experiences focusing on elevating the end user’s experiences for our web properties
- Ensure design intent is realised and even exceeded in production
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in reactive frontend technologies such as VueJS, Angular.js or React.js
- Experience in GraphQL
- You know your way around Webpack
- Love simplicity and code that just works
- Experience using AWS
- Understand code testability, build pipelines, docker and CI/CD systems
- Opinionated but strive to understand every point of view and commit to the company's strategy
