About the Role
We are currently looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to join the team and be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programs to meet the strategic direction and future capability needs together with developing and implementing the learning and development plan and create flexible learning solutions.
Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
About You
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
Demonstrated experience in the creation and delivery of learning programs including instructional design
Experience in analysing a business problem and working with key stakeholders to develop a solution to resolve it
Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education or a related discipline
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
