An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute business leader to join our team at Subaru Melbourne. As a General Manager - Sales you will be responsible for the timely and effective execution of the business plans for the sales dealerships that you manage. In this role you will lead the teams at our Subaru Berwick, Glen Waverley and Mentone dealerships. You will ensure sustained focus on lead generation and optimise performance across the key value streams of New and Used, Fleet amp; Corporate, Famp;I and Aftermarket. You will also work with the Aftersales teams to ensure effective alignment and execution of plans.
