We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Concierge to join our well-established team at Subaru Essendon!

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer driven Concierge to join the Subaru Sales team at Essendon on a 6-month contract.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth, making customers feel comfortable, as well as ensuring customer comfort whilst in the Retail Centre
- Maintain well presented floor and display stock
- Assist with Sales Consultant Diary management (allocation of leads and working with Sales Consultants to ensure follow up takes place)
- Administration support to the sales team
- Identify and deliver to customers initial needs
To be successful, you will need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Previous experience in a concierge/administration role
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience in the automotive industry will be highly regarded
- High level of organisational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and motivated nature
