As a Program Analyst with efm Logistics we’re looking for someone who will deliver operational excellence across the business with a focus on enhancing interactions, processes and reporting for all functional teams and customers.
We’re a dynamic organisation and as such we don’t just subscribe to one project methodology; we draw on a variety with a broad alignment to Lean principles. This role has cross-functional impact and involvement, and the projects that will be worked on will be largely focused on automation, efficiency and systemization across the organisation. You’ll need to develop strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders throughout the business in order to ensure the successful delivery of all projects.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong project management experience, utilising a variety of methodologies to support an organised approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with positive experience in change management
- Previous experience working with systems such as Salesforce CRM, BI reporting and integrations between various ERPs.
- Foundation technical ability, capable of liaising with technical resources where required
- Understanding of all business functions and their interconnections, with the ability to simplify complex cross-functional workflows
- Strong analytical skills to assess risk and return on investment, as well as modelling for reporting and decision-making
