The mission
To lead the discovery, planning, managing, evaluation, and improvement of our internal systems, tools, practices and processes to ensure we are effective and efficient as an enterprise. You and your team research, gather and analyse complex data and business processes to identify trends and develop a backlog of prioritised recommendations for improvement. You then help to lead and deliver these improvements.
The role
As a lead for this newly created team, you will identify critical constraints within the business and deliver kaizen and waste reduction improvements to remove those constraints whilst focusing on quality and operational excellence.
Working across the business and empowered by the leadership team, you will define and simplify existing operations and improve overall usability and stability of processes at efm.
You will hire and develop team members to ensure the mission is achieved whilst helping colleagues to grow.
