About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be assigned a portfolio of customer accounts to manage on behalf of the company within our Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, and Food amp; Beverage divisions. Using your people skills, you will establish and strengthen professional relationships with our existing and future clients, increase sales within your portfolio, negotiate pricing, and formulate trade strategies.
You will gain valuable experience in business to business (B2B) sales and business development management (BDM), through contract negotiation and tender submissions. As part of an industry team, you will learn and share industry knowledge and market intelligence.
Realising sales goals and KPI goals will see your career grow at Redox, with those who achieve targets rewarded periodically and annually.
