Job Description

Dentons is currently recruiting an interim Global Finance Integrations Analyst to support the implementation of a significant global Finance transformation program. The Interim Global Finance Integrations Analyst’s primary responsibility is supporting Dentons global financial transformation initiative. Working alongside Business Technology team members (global and regional) and transformation project teams, the individual is accountable for the design requirements and documentation of regional integration points and overall data flow to support the financial transformation platform to meet both global and regional requirements. The individual is responsible for collaborating closely with Dentons regions with an objective of ensuring the successful technical integration and continued alignment with evolving Firm standards. This includes the support of cross regional initiatives involving the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Reporting into the Interim Global Finance Transformation Integrations Lead, this individual will be accountable to the financial transformation project team.

The Global Financial Integrations Analyst has deep knowledge of data flows and integration platforms. A strong understanding of financial platforms is key to this role, which assumes the responsibility of ensuring the integration requirements are designed according to global standards. The candidate should understand concepts of SQL language, API querying, as well as platforms such as Intapp Integrate and Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps. Whilst not a requirement for this role, ability to code is a plus. Experience working in large global teams is essential to this role which will interact with both global and regional teams to optimize the design of the financial platform.

Key Deliverables

  • Support the Dentons regions in their plans to build regional integrations using the global platforms.
  • Interact with regional integration teams to ensure their integration designs work well with the global platform and assume a lead role in ensuring proper processes and documentation is built around each of these integrations, and that the code is stored in the correct repositories.
  • Technical documentation of the Elite 3E and supporting platforms’ integration points to enable the financial transformation initiative from a regional perspective and ensure alignment between regional and global efforts.
  • Work closely with the global integration team to ensure the platform design is tightly integrated with the other global platforms and data elements.
  • Effective and timely status reports to the transformation team leadership and in particular, the Integrations lead.

Key Responsibilities

Design, Strategy, and Planning

  • Functional design and documentation of integration points between the global Elite 3E platform and supporting systems, ensuring Dentons global platforms are well integrated.
  • Act as a technical reference and work with regional integration leads to ensure new designs meet both global and regional requirements.
  • Ensure designs take advantage of the capacities of the other Dentons systems, and integration goals are met.
  • Work with the team to find efficiencies in the integration builds (code sharing between regions with similar needs, resource allocation and so on).
  • Participate in the successful delivery of the 3E environment and all supporting products by ensuring the integration requirements are developed and delivered.
