Job Role: Account Director (AD)

About the Role:

We are looking for people with entrepreneurial mindset who can develop strong client relationships and drive engagement leading to more satisfied clients; and drive revenue growth for SirionLabs in the process

Your primary objective will be to lead the client relationship for 1 (or more) accounts and:

  • Ensure client is getting full value from the engagement leading to high customer satisfaction, referenceable customer and revenue growth
  • Oversight of implementation and ad-hoc engagements; program manage in coordination with the client stakeholders and internal team members
  • Responsible for achieving revenue goal and profit margins. Renewal for existing engagements + expand our relationship within the client organization(s) and generate more revenue opportunities


What you will do:

  • Learn about the product in depth so that you can articulate the value to existing and new customers
    • Invest time on an ongoing basis to keep yourself up to date on new developments
  • Implementation phase: oversight of the implementations including reviewing the plans for completeness and practical execution, timely resource planning and ensuring timely progress against the plan
    • Ensure good and consistent experience for clients; leverage SirionLabs Change Management Methodology during implementation phase
  • Post implementation: Responsible for customer satisfaction overall (including gathering the feedback at regular interval)
    • Proactively identify value prop with clear $ impact and lead execution on that; ensure client is getting the ROI from the engagement (and acknowledges that)
    • Be on top of the issues reports by the clients (and risks you identify); work with internal stakeholders to ensure these are resolved in a timely manner
    • Ensuring system utilization is monitored and regularly discussed with the customer leadership, along with recommendations
    • Support all stakeholders (users; influencers; decision makers): drive the consumption of strategic actionable insights, build ROI and evangelize the platform to dormant users
    • Manage execution of all ad-hoc projects
  • Business growth: Actively lead business development efforts within your accounts introductions, presentations, proposals, and closing. Take help from leadership team, as needed
    • Understand the client organization, map out the key stakeholders and their priorities and help build value prop
  • Follow SirionLabs operational requirements and regularly update CRM; Sirion-on-Sirion; ensure cadence for governance meetings with clients etc
  • Engage in company building activities such as customer summits, recruitment, conducting client workshops, among others
