Part of Opus Talent Solutions, JD Ross Energy is a global energy recruitment consultancy. Working within the renewable energy sector JD Ross has a unique position in the industry, covering the full energy mix, from the first spade in the ground, to turning the light switch on at home and everything in between including the technology that underpins the sector.

Our growth in Australia has been exponential in the last year and we are looking for keen, driven and experienced recruitment consultants to come and join our growing team. Ideally you will come from a business analytics background or someone looking to make the change from technology to renewable energy and work in a sector that’s making an impact on our environment. If you are passionate about sustainability and all things renewable then this could be the opportunity for you to make a difference.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be managing the full 360 recruitment process as you are already well experienced in.
  • Continue to build and grow your networks within the renewable energy sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities through utilising you strong network and market experience
  • Be ready to take the next step in your career Build out and lead a team or take the Managing Consultant pathway

WHO WE LOOK FOR?

  • Previous analytics background within recruitment desirable however not essential
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency or those that are eligible for sponsorship
  • Proven track record of success within recruitment
  • Experience leading and managing a team OR a desire to lead a team as your next career move
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Goal orientated
