KCGM is currently on the look out for Experienced Process Technicians to join our Fimistion and Gidji Processing Teams.
These residential positions are on an even-time roster, working 12 hour shifts on both days and nights, providing a great work-home life balance.
The Process Technician reports to the Shift Supervisor, and the primary role is to operate all sections of the processing plant which include, Crushing, Grinding, Flotation, Leaching, and Elution, in accordance with Specified parameters, to optimize gold production/recovery. This includes basic maintenance of the operational equipment within the Processing Department.

Requirements
- A minimum of one (1) years experience in a similar Process technician or Utilities technician position
- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets within two (2) years of age
- Solid mechanical aptitude
- Basic level of computer skills
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Display good problem solving skills.
- Have a production and cost initiative focus.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoors conditions, completing regular active tasks
- High Risk Licences (LF, LS, WP) highly regarded, but not essential
- Must reside locally within the Goldfields region
- National Police Clearance valid within the last twelve (12) months
- Hold a current Unencumbered West Australian Manual "C" Class Drivers Licence.
