Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM) is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Shift Supervisor to join the Processing Department at the Superpit operation.
This is a residential role on an even-time roster, working 12 hour day and night shifts.
The Shift Supervisor will provide shift supervision and leadership to the Plant operation, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. Effective people management, safety and processing operations experience is a key accountability for this supervisory position.

Requirements
Essential
- A minimum of five (5) years working in a mineral processing environment
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisory or senior technician experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of Process Controller experience
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Solid positive leadership skills, including the ability to coach, train, and influence the behaviour of others
- Formal Supervisory training / S44
- High Risk Work Licence - Fork Lift
- Must reside locally within the Goldfields region, or willing to relocate for this residential role
- Current Unencumbered Western Australian C Class Drivers Licence.
Preferred
- Familiarity across KCGM, preferred completion of KCGM Process Technician Competency tests.
- Metalliferous Mining Certificate.
