Then this is the perfect role for you! The Perth Branch has an exciting opportunity available for an operational and sales expert to take the next step in their career. You will have the opportunity to showcase your operational experience while balancing day-to-day responsibilities and developing our Ambius Sales Team to achieve their full potential.

Our Ambius team are the people responsible for the inspiring plant decor in hotel lobbies, the clusters of plant designs in shopping centres, the green walls and floral displays you see in many restaurants and office receptions. Our customers range from the largest multinationals and government departments to local restaurants and offices.This is a key management position and is responsible for all operational and sales aspects of our Ambius product lines. Reporting directly to the Business Manager and leading a team you will be responsible for the following outcomes:

  • Leading a safety culture
  • Developing, leading and managing a first class operations, service support and sales team
  • Delivery of the operational and sales plan
  • Managing the budget, Pamp;L, operational measures
  • Driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement to work smarter not harder
  • Proactively manage service delivery to consistently meet customer contractual expectations to positively impact client retention and growth
  • Motivate and lead the Sales team to achieve budgets

Requirements

For Brilliant Execution you will need:

  • A demonstrated commitment to safety and a proven track record in building a safety culture
  • Strong operational principles and experience managing planning/scheduling systems
  • To be an engaging leader with experience in coaching and developing team members with the willingness to be a ‘hands on’ leader where required
  • Ability to focus and have a flexible approach when faced with change, completing priorities and work demands
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen to manage budgets and costs
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets, KPI’s and cost efficiencies
  • The ability to positively challenge the status quo and champion continuous improvement
