Be part of a successful and expanding Dynamics 365 Practice across ANZ. This is a role that will enable you to be integral in the growing demand we see for Dynamics 365 Finance amp; Operations with a strong pipeline of demand driving the rapid expansion of the local Practice.
About the Role
As Principal Consultant, Dynamics 365 Finance amp; Operations, you will be someone has who brings extensive, hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance amp; Operations first and foremost. Secondly, your resume will show you also as someone who also has the confidence to directly engage in the solution sell, able to draw in the customer need and offer resolution leveraging the breadth of the Dynamics 365 Finance amp; Operations application. You will work closely with local sales and customer advocacy teams in presales activities as well as be required to participate as a subject matter expert in bid or tender engagements. You will also be required to adhere to Datacom’s pre-sales and project management methodologies. In time, as the Practice expands, you will be called upon the direct and guide other resources, ensuring Client outcomes continue to be achieved. In this role its expected you’ll retain a long-term, trusted advisor relationship with the Client into the future.
What you’ll do
- As Principal Consultant, Dynamics 365, you will be accountable for but not limited to:
- Working across multiple projects with high profile clients
- Building and solidifying trusting relationships with our clients and actively collaborate on solutions with other teams.
- Dynamics 365 Finance amp; Operations solution design
- Business analysis, and leading customer workshops
- Undertaking project related documentation
- Mentoring, leading and supporting other team members
- Pre-sales support
- Developing sales proposals and writing statements of work
- Configuring Dynamics 365 Finance amp; Operations to support your consulting activities
- Post-implementation support of customer environments.
What you’ll bring
As a Principal Consultant, Dynamics 365 we would expect you to have a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in D365 Finance amp; Operations delivery management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle enterprise in a customer facing role and have come from an ICT professional services business.
You will be able to demonstrate the below:
- Solution Architect experience in leading Microsoft D365 Finance amp; Operations complex, multi-national corporate project experience, in warehousing amp; distribution would be advantageous
- 10 Years ERP implementation experience
- 8 years Microsoft AX amp; D365 core Finance amp; Operations implementation experience.
- 5 years Microsoft AX amp; D365 Finance amp; Operations development experience.
- 5 years Microsoft AX amp; D365 Warehousing amp; Advanced Warehousing Finance amp; Operations implementation experience
- ERP migration experience from AX2009/2012 amp; Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance amp; Operations project experience
- Azure and Power platform architecture an advantage
- Good knowledge of IT Technologies, implementation methodologies and current business trends
- Strong presentation skills and confidence selling your ideas, concepts and solutions to senior business leaders.
- People and team leadership qualities
- The ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and design comprehensive D365 led solution
Relevant certifications:
- Bachelor of Science Information Technology degree or equivalent
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 developer
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance amp; Operations Trade amp; Distribution
