About the Role
As End User Services Manager, you will lead a team of end user engineering staff across Australia. Your goal is to ensure best practice support methodology is practiced, technical experience leveraged, and customer outcomes are delivered driving highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned resources and create a compelling vision around automation and seamless end user experience.

Please note that to be successful in your application for this role, you will need to be an Australian Citizen.
You will bring 5 years’ experience working in an IT managed services environment in an end user support role, along with at least 2 years’ management experience. You will be passionate about leading and motivating a technical team and will have a can do attitude. You will have an excellent understanding of Modern Workplace, associated EUC technologies and support processes across an outsourced delivery environment. Along with exceptional technical competence in modern and traditional end point management methodologies, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies.
