We are now looking for a passionate bar and cocktail professional to continue to develop the fabulous reputation that Astra Falls Creek has established since opening over the past few years. We are looking for someone passionate about delivering exemplary guest experiences, developing passion in the team and continuing to build on our success surpassing goals.

Requirements
Successful candidates should possess the following skills:
- An enormous passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience
- Previous cocktail experience gained within a high-end destination bar
- An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations
- The natural ability to understand and educate our guests on our wide range of wine, spirits, cocktails amp; aperitifs
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- A current RSA certificate
