Come join our Group Credit team based in South Melbourne, as a Credit Controller. Reporting through to the Group Credit Manager, in this role you will be responsible for maximising cash flow and minimising risk by applying our credit and collection practices and procedures to your assigned customer base, which will be our second tier Trade Customers.
As an experienced Credit Controller, you already know what is required in this type of role though. So, if you are interested in joining us, along with your previous experience in a similar role, it would be great if you also had:
- Be experienced in the area of credit control
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, in particular, Word, Excel and Teams
- Experience working with large ERP systems
- The mindset that nothing is too much of a problem for you and enjoy solving problems
- Experience in communicating effectively with internal and external customers in order to get the best outcome for the business
- Proven experience working in a structured, independent way with an eye for detail to produce accurate and detailed work
- And most importantly, enjoy working in a team environment that is results focused
