We are looking for an Event Coordinator on a six month contract, to join our vibrant and passionate team at Caroma on Collins Flagship in Alexandria. This is a part time role (20 hours per week) where you will be required to work flexible hours to assist with the events and activities we are holding. So that means it's not your normal 9-5 role and you will be required to work on weekends and evenings to support our events.

Reporting through to our Flagship Engagement Manager, in this role you will be responsible for supporting them in all things event coordination! Our events are wide and varied ranging from CPD Accredited sessions, Influencer Panels, to learning about how Caroma can help you create your own bathroom sanctuary! These are all delivered either face to face, virtual or in a hybrid environment.

You will be involved in helping with event conception through to successful completion, and everything in between! So that means a delicate balance of budget management, project planning, event logistics, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, all with the end game of ensuring successful and enjoyable events that meet our organisational goals.
