As a Business Development Manager in our Sydney Commercial Sales team, you'll join a team that come from a variety of backgrounds, as we believe that diversity is key to our success. Although we are all different the one thing that brings us all together is a real passion for delighting our customers and working with great people to help make life better!

You will be known as a 'Gun BDM' and have the smarts to be able to liaise and influence our internal sales network and work with your commercial customers that come from a range of backgrounds like Architects, Designers, Builders, Facility Managers, and Sustainability Managers. just to name a few!

But as an experienced and successful BDM you already know what a typical role entails. So if you are interested in joining us, along with your previous experience, it would be great if you also had:

  • Experience with Solution Selling and selling to big Commercial Customers - think about the top end of town!
  • Experience in developing relationships, new and existing, to sell innovative products to a wide and diverse audience
  • Technical and practical understanding of major plumbing services installations.
  • Construction or trade project management skills with ability to understand technical specification in construction projects
