Requirements
Your role will be to identify, develop and close new business opportunities within the Enterprise Software space. . You will also manage and grow each account by offering effective customer service and product demonstrations. Proven Enterprise Solutions Selling experience most probably in SaaS based HR softwares.
- Understand client requirements and create need for the HR Solutions
- Generate, Explore and develop new business sales
- Maintain a solid opportunity pipeline
- Meeting clients face to face and conduct product demonstrations
- Experience Writing comprehensive tender responses, including coordinating bid teams
- Strong presentation and negotiations experience
- Excellent technical IT aptitude and a fast learner!
- Consultative, friendly yet focused "Solution Selling" approach: true trusted advisor approach
- Ability to talk confidently to CTO, CIO, HR Managers and Procurement Managers about high level IT solution and technical concepts
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new contacts
Compensation: This role offers generous outcome based incentives along with base salary.
