Skills and experience
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef with significant experience within high end and large volume venues.
Must be a fully qualified chef with Diploma in Commercial Cookery.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources would benefit application.
