About the role

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant to join our team in Adelaide. Reporting to the Modern Workplace Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of Modern Workplace solutions utilising the entire Microsoft 365 solution set for customers, delivering compelling experiences to end users in productivity, collaboration and automation.

As a Modern Workplace Consultant, you’ll have experience working with the below technologies and will be a subject matter in at least two of these areas:

  • Modern business collaboration tools in the Office 365 suite - Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Stream, PowerAutomate
  • Microsoft identity management with Azure AD - conditional access, MAM and Azure Information Protection
  • Endpoint Management Solutions - SCCM, Intune, and Defender ATP Suite and it’s integrations
  • Collaboration Solutions like Teams and partner ecosystems like LiveTiles, Poly, Jabra and Crestron
  • Working Knowledge of the Power Platform and its benefits and potential.

What you’ll do

As Modern Workplace Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring assigned technical customer engagements are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed scope
  • Leading technical conversations with key business stakeholders both internal and external
  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the Intelligent Workspace team sharing skills and knowledge of customers.

What you’ll bring

You will have experience dealing with external customers and exposure to all aspects of delivery, including consulting, design and configuration, testing and deployment. Along with:

  • 2-5 Year’s experience in consultation and design of Office 365 SaaS offerings for external customers
  • 2-5 Year’s implementing identity and device management
  • Experience in creating high quality technical documentation
  • A driven work ethic with ability to learn new technologies and champion continual improvement across the team
  • You will be a team player committed to delivering the high-quality outcomes aligned with Datacom and industry best practice.

Desirable qualifications

  • MCITP/MCSA/MCSE Microsoft Enterprise qualification
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Hold other complementary major industry certifications (MCP, MCSE, CCNA, VCP, CCEA, CCNP etc)
  • Courses in presentation or technical writing
  • ITIL Foundations Certification
  • AGSVA Baseline Clearance.
