The Role

The primary purpose of our CRM and Compliance (BA/DA’s, Registers, Licencing and Permits) Consultant Role is to deliver new business growth and excellent customer outcomes by providing exceptional advice, training and implementation consultancy during projects to both existing and new customers. You’ll need to have great organisational amp; communication skills, the ability to plan ahead if you want to be successful with us. Working across Australia and New Zealand the Role specifically focuses on implementing our solutions within the Local Government market. You’ll will also have the opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing development of the product. The opportunities to build business and new relationships are truly endless. The Person

You will have the drive, passion and the get up and go it takes to work for a team of Consulting Professionals. Previous experience in Customer Service and or Compliance Department within Council or Local Government CRM and Applications Consulting Experience for a Local Government Professional Services Consulting firm with a minimum of 5 years’ experience is a must for this team. Travel is a significant requirement of the role so if you are a seasoned systems CRM and Compliance Consultant Professional looking for that next step working for a company that cares about its customers, solutions and you want to achieve great things this is the role for you!
