We are now looking for a passionate, strategic, and enthusiastic People Operations professional to join the Marley Spoon People Operations team. The successful candidate will support the team in delivering the people agenda in the role of Learning and Development Specialist. The role is suited to a current HR professional with exposure to facilitation and learning programs across a fast-paced and dynamic business with a variety of needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Lamp;D or Training role
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Drive, proactiveness, and enthusiasm to get things done
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in analysis and delivery of Lamp;D solutions is a plus
Role
- Plan and development of learning, both corporate and compliance-based
- Training delivery throughout the business, which will further individual, team, and people capability
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Support in evaluation of individual and organizational development needs
- Conducting training needs analysis
- Identifying any gaps and making suitable recommendations
