Requirements
We’re currently recruiting a Lead Software Engineer to manage and develop a team of talented Engineers. This role will be required to provide technical guidance, while ensuring the appropriate use of architectures and technological best practices. As a passionate and experienced Engineer by trade, this role will also provide line management, coaching and mentorship to a small team.
As this role is responsible for a team of Engineers that work across both our Embedded and Backend development, we are looking for someone who is also comfortable providing team leadership. We’re not just looking for a technical expert, but an empathetic leader who has the passion to drive and develop their team! Ideally, you should be able to tick most of these as part of this role:
