AEM TECHNICAL LEAD:
In this role you will be a key part of the technical team implementing AEM solutions for our clients. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and delivering the technical solution based on the clients requirements, combined with your in depth knowledge of the AEM platform and it’s capabilities, adhering to best practices along the way. The role will combine aspects of requirements gathering with solution design and architecture, as well as hands on coding and peer review to ensure a high standard of delivery. You will bring your technical expertise and experience from leading previous AEM projects to the team, and assist other team members with their technical implementation. Implementations led by you will be of a high technical quality, secure, performant and scalable. You are a team player, and willing to lead but also learn from others along the way
