About the Role

As the Account Coordinator you will work closely with the General Manager to facilitate day-to-day tasks and help develop the brands in Australia and New Zealand, working on: business plans of each partner; building and executing JBP’s with all key accounts; achievement of sell-in and sell-out targets and sales reporting; delivering disruptive and impactful new launches on time; assortment ranging and demand planning. You will be responsible to facilitate all day-to-day administrative tasks, account management servicing and support to all our B2B retail partners and internal brand teams.

Responsibilities

Account Management (70%)

  • Communicate effectively with management and clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships
  • Maintain sales reports on SKU/Sell-In/Sell-Through levels
  • Assist in tracking joint sales and marketing initiatives and ensuring they flow according to schedule
  • Monitor retailer websites to ensure all assets are up to date, campaigns executed, advise OOS and secure replen
  • Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together sales and launch presentations per retailer
  • Work with retailers to build, manage and execute JBP’s - aligned with the General Manager and Brands trading plans. Track, monitor and ensure delivery and execution of all marketing activities, reporting ROI.
  • Work with retailers and Operations to communicate timely accurate SKU/sample/GWP/NPD forecasts meeting all demand planning submissions and ad hoc requests. Including phase in/outs, exits.
  • Work with Operations to communicate and ensure accuracy of purchase orders, alert out-of-stocks and any ship-window adjustments to sales and/or customers
  • Collaborate with Operations to monitor open orders to ensure all purchase orders ship as scheduled and prioritize as needed

Manage administrative tasks (30%)

  • Maintain client database by inputting retail partner info
  • Complete all new product set-up forms (NLF’s) and NPD launch forms as needed
  • Update SKU chart to keep up-to-date
  • Help the General Manager with various ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Assist team with general office tasks as needed

KPI’s

  • Achievement of agreed sales sell-in and sell-out targets
  • Build, manage and execute a live working JBP with all accounts with NPD’s, always on and trading/sales events
  • Delivery of new product launches on time with 360 assets support
  • Submission of accurate demand planning for core
