  • Lead New Customer Onboarding:Manage deployments for some of our largest and most complex customers, overseeing technical integration and development of custom product features and workflows
  • Inform Product and Services Roadmap: Partner with Product, Design and Engineering and Operational leads to inform and prioritize product improvements, feature requests and new offerings based on customer needs and growth strategies
  • Uncover Business Insights:Analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations
  • Create New Processes and Measure Progress:Establish processes and reporting to monitor progress against goals and objectives, help streamline operations, and add value to customer relationships
Who You Are:
  • Ownership Mentality: You have a bias for action and enjoy breaking down complex problems into actionable plans and scalable processes
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: You’re comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
  • Relationship-Builder: You have the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders across all levels and job functions
  • Skilled Project Manager: You’re highly organized and have experience managing project plans, identify resource needs and collaborating effectively across teams to define timelines and deliverables
  • Analytical and Data-Driven: You love data and are comfortable analyzing large and complex datasets
  • Passionate about healthcare and technology: You’re excited to play a role in building the future of healthcare
We're Looking for Someone With:
