The Senior Product Manager within the Convert and Motivate (Buy Flow Team) team will lead, and be responsible for continually improving the experience small business customers have when they signup and buy a Xero subscription. Ultimately this will result in improved customer conversion rates due to small businesses finding it easier to register and purchase a Xero account online.
The immediate team you would be joining consists of a highly motivated group of people with a cross-functional skill set covering product management, product design, engineering, and data insights. Outside of this there are a range of other teams and functions that provide support in your role.
The Senior Product Manager within the Convert and Motivate (Buy Flow) team will be responsible for helping set the vision for the team and continually improving the experience small business customers have when they signup and buy a Xero subscription. Ultimately this will result in improved customer conversion rates brought about because small businesses find it easier to register and purchase a Xero.You will:

• Shape the strategy and guide the teams responsible for improving the customer onboarding experience for Xero - directly resulting in business growth
• Mentor and support a group of talented product people;
• Work within a leading global SaaS business that cares deeply abouts its people and who is focussed on making life easier for small business around the globe

You will have:

• Deep product management experience in an online businesses (SaaS preferred)
• Spent time optimising funnels/workflows and understands the drivers to improve conversion
• Lead and developed other product managers
• Agile software development experience
• Worked with business leaders and stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes
• Lead software development projects at scale
• Shaped/influenced the product strategy, roadmaps and long term plans for teams
