When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at an Atlassian office.
As a Senior Product Manager, Growth you will be responsible for managing the growth strategy for a key Atlassian initiative. This includes data gathering, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, helping to define the product vision, crafting the business case for new growth initiatives and working closely with engineering, marketing and partner teams.
You will work across multiple streams of work to provide guidance to assure the success of your initiative, including both features you are directly responsible for, as well as other feature areas managed by other Product Managers. You'll act as a mentor among Product Managers helping and guiding efforts across the team while also owning specific feature sets and results. MORE ABOUT YOU

• First and foremost, you love working hard to make products as outstanding as possible for customers.
• You’ve got a honed attention to detail; solid understanding and appreciation of data.
• You have prior success defining and launching excellent products, can pull off that delicate balancing act of prioritizing competing opportunities, and are a pro at communication.
• You’ve got charisma in spades; you will need to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• You’re social and adept at building relationships across product lines and functional groups to make sure we are all on the same page.

IT'S EXCELLENT, BUT NOT REQUIRED, IF YOU HAVE:

• Having earned your BA/BS/MBA Computer Science or a related technical degree is strongly preferred.
• Product management experience in a high growth software product organization or a history of working with design and development to produce a great customer experience.
