Key Responsibilities· Build and advance a robust always-on global engine and center of excellence to scale a Rackspace Technology consistent digital experience leading with demand and retention for the brand and for all regions, markets, portfolios, segments and target personas.
· Elevate RXT as a digital business spanning from e-commerce marketplace to customer engagement with sharp focus on upsell and cross-sell to installed base and target net new segments, including moments of truth lifecycle prospect, customer and partner engagements.
· Mobilize a surround digital experience storefront through a next generation rackspace.com for brand, demand and advocacy.
· Activate customer and partner journeys through integrated paid, owned, earned digital and social media to compliment local, regional, and global omni-channel campaigns and tactic activation to maximize impact and ROI for RXT.
· Accelerate business outcomes and ROI - engagement, pipeline, bookings, revenue, retention, logo acquisitions, brand awareness - with integration of martech, adtech, and lead velocity to compliment regional and local digital activation and presence.Skills· Has full leadership responsibility for a company-wide support function, non-core business unit or a region; develops the strategic plans for own organizational entity.
· Evaluates key business and organizational challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutions.
· Influences and negotiates, internally and externally, with great latitude on outcomes.
· Business outcome and ROI driven.Qualifications· Proven quantifiable success in designing and executing centers of excellence for growth marketing in global B2B companies across multiple regions Asia Pacific, EMEA, and Americas.
· Experienced leader and architect on martech, metrics, web design, search, AI/ML technology integration.
· 10+ years of digital transformation hands-on and leadership experience in B2B and B2C environments integrating martech, adtech, solutions, data and analytics, and campaigns to deliver desired business outcomes
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or sales required.
· Advanced degree. MBA or equivalent, highly preferred
Travel· Occasional international and domestic travel required, less than 50%.
