The Role:We are looking for a strong HR Generalist who is responsible for administering HR programs and policies in the areas of employment, employee relations, wage and salary administration, training and development, safety and health, benefits, talent acquisition and employee services. Additionally, you possess the ability to help source, recruit, and hire the best talent across the APAC region. Provides guidance to all levels of personnel on various HR-related issues and participates in the development of new programs.

Your Next Challenge:
  • Conducts employee relation’s issues, including performance improvement plans, counseling, and resolution.
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to source, recruit and hire the strongest talent.
  • Functions as a contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits programs.
  • Develops and administers the new hire process including new hire orientation.
  • Conducts and administers separations, leaves of absence, and responds to unemployment and workers compensation claims.
  • Participates in the development of Human Resources policies and procedures, and special projects.
  • Assists in maintenance of employee files and HRIS records, including: collection and processing of employee paperwork, data entry, and filing.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Implements and administers HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives, such as performance management, training and development, and open enrollment communication/administration, compensation philosophy and polices.
  • Collaborates with HR teams to deliver consistent and high quality HR services to employees.
  • May serve as a project manager for specific project initiatives.
