Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manage and execute 4-10 campaigns at a time, ensuring deadlines are hit, deliverables are completed, etc. - Ability to determine the necessary mix of staffing and levels needed for an integrated project, ultimately develop a staff plan - Pivot between developing a process-oriented environment and flexing to meet client needs - Responsible for accurate forecasting, oversight of utilization, and OOP budgets - Manage digital campaigns from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact between client, brand teams and talent, ensuring deadlines are hit, deliverables are completed, etc. - Serve as Project Manager on accounts who will handle financial forecasting, budget parameters, OOP spending, PO submission, SAG-related paperwork, job codes and ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely matter - Manage existing relationships within the digital influencer community (MCN’s, Talent Agencies, Content Creators, Media Platforms, etc.) - Lead day-to-day tactical management of projects and long-term client relationship development - Create client-facing case studies and wrap-up reports after completing brand campaigns and activations, which include any relevant metrics. - Own the creation of influencer contracts with a strong knowledge in Federal Trade Commission Guidelines (FTC) and standard deal points - Draft legal agreements and negotiate the terms, services and usage with influencers on behalf of brand campaign - Provide client service administration including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls and compiling competitor coverage - Pull E-Scores, understand them and being able to knowledgably share information about them - Responsible for conducting relevant research and vetting influencer candidates (against criteria, for competitive partnerships, looking at upcoming projects, utilizing existing databases, etc.). - Participate in the brainstorming of Influencers (Digital amp; Social) for relevant programs - Understand strategic priorities and business objectives - Collaborate across sectors/practices and acknowledge mutual impacts; - Work effectively with agency’Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • Understand key client information including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors
  • Proven ability to manage large projects and small teams on one or more sizable accounts
  • Experience identifying and securing Influencers for brand campaigns
  • Stay on top of trends and plugged into the digital community and access to top tier influencers, emerging talent and YouTube channels
  • Strong relationships with influencer representatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately judge and edit work of others
  • Ability to think creatively on your feet and take initiative to improve or create effective processes
  • Strong industry contacts a must (agents, managers, publicists, and attorneys, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and written and oral communications skills
  • Experience managing the creation and negotiation of influencer contracts with a strong knowledge in Federal Trade Commission Guidelines (FTC) and standard deal points
  • Must have experience handling communication directly with brands and the ability to act in a professional when working directly with clients Client management experience
