About the role
Canva is looking for a Recruiting Operations and Insights Manager to help us build and scale our recruiting programs and processes globally! You will be a key member of the Recruiting Leadership Team focused on delivering an exceptional and consistent experience for our team and stakeholders, driving efficiencies and identifying innovative ways to make what sometimes seems complex, simple and valuable! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and enjoy the challenge of optimizing systems, turning data into insights and helping to create a sense of team belonging through amazing onboarding and training experiences. What you'll do:
Helping to define the future recruiting roadmap for Canva
Development of comprehensive recruitment reporting and insights, identifying trends and operational opportunities
Establishing a regular cadence of reporting between recruiting and stakeholders, incorporating feedback loops to ensure processes and programs are aligned to business goals and future direction
Developing recruiting goals and objectives based on strategy, stakeholder expectations and hiring plans in partnership with Recruiting leadership team
Collaboratively engage with partners and stakeholders to ensure impact of recruiting programs and initiatives
Partner with finance and People team on headcount planning to inform workforce planning
Managing the day-to-day operations of our ATS and other recruiting technology to ensure optimization for scale
As we scale our recruiting team, you will lead onboarding and training to ensure a consistent and inclusive experience for all new team members
Actively seek creative solutions and input from team members, evaluate data and insights, evaluate feedback from stakeholders and candidates to proactively plan for continuous improvement.
Explore and create operational synergies between the recruiting team and the broader people team
What we're looking for:
Excellent problem-solving ability, discretion and judgement
Strong organizational and project management skills
Demonstrable experience maximizing the use of technology to create scalable solutions that delight candidates, recruiters and stakeholders
Previous experience improving and optimizing processes and implementing metrics to monitor results to inform iteration and improvement
Ability to make actionable recommendations to leaders based on data analysis
Innovative, flexible, and able to manage change and uncertainty
You can collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization and across global teams
Previous experience leading or strongly contributing to recruiting technology implementation and/or optimization
