You will deliver the Global Market service portfolio to ABB customers within the Electrification Business area in Moorebank; Australia. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, you will drive service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities
Generating service sales opportunities and securing profitable sales within the designated area.
Focusing on installed base penetration (IB) and selling the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units.
Building long term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.
Utilizing ServIS to understand the existing installed base (IB) and developing sales opportunities for Service products and solutions.
Generating Service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.

Your background
A qualification in Electrical Engineering
Strong understanding in Sales and marketing.
Ability to quickly learn ABB products/systems.
Significant sales drive focus energy to achieve and close profitable deals.
Excellent skills in Customer relations with mature selling behavior and actively drive discussions and negotiations.
Strong knowledge of customer products, applications and processes.
Ability to understand and use sales processes and related tools.
Ability to identify customer service needs and to match those with ABB service offerings.
Ability to find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
Ability to accurately estimate costs of service offerings.
