Job Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a strategic business leader, passionate about technology and the disruptive power of Australian Software Companies (Independent Software Vendors [ISVs]). We are looking for a Growth Acceleration Manager to work within the ANZ ISV leadership team, responsible for developing scalable programs and initiatives which help accelerate customer outcomes within the segment. ISVs are business to business (B2B) Software companies ranging from traditional software businesses to cloud native/born in the cloud SaaS companies. They are builders by design and often at the forefront of technical change and adoption. They include some of Australia’s most performant success stories today such as Atlassian, Canva, Deputy, Safety Culture, MYOB and many others who will go on to be the next generation of globally recognized enterprises.

You will be working directly with customers at the forefront of technology and AWS service adoption. You are a leader who can extend our customers current understanding to deliver even more value. You will work to surface trends that exist across groups of ISV customers, work with service line teams and cross-functional teams to construct and/or invent and simplify programs of work in response to these identified trends, and then execute on the delivery of these to provide accelerated benefits to these customers.


You will have direct customer facing experience in tech companies that includes product management and/or program management with a demonstrated record of working in complex environments across matrix teams and delivering exceptional outcomes. In addition, you have a strong technical understanding of cloud and/or emerging technologies. You apply this knowledge to guide teams in program development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities;
· Working with account teams to identify common themes across ISV customers
· Develop growth strategies based on market/customer signals, trends, and needs (JTBD)
· Think strategically and analytically about business, products, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions
· Partner with service teams, specialists/BDs, tools, professional services, consulting partners, and other matrix teams to design, adjust and deliver programs successfully
· Develop customer journey mapping that influences lead generation, sales management, and gathering competitive intelligence
· Aligning program priorities with the AWS and ISV business plan to help meet the business goals
· Form a strategic view for customer content needs for the ANZ ISV Segment (customer references, targeted collateral) helping to support marketing and community manager roles with an industry trend/ISV lens
· Identify community whitespace opportunities and partnerships and align with core stakeholders to execute GTM programs

Job Specification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


3+ years' experience selling products and services into new markets Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience preferably in information technology, with a focus on cloud solutions.

History of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions based approach. Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
