Job Description

You will execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Reporting to Projects and Engineering Manager, you deliver quality service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB.
Your responsibilities
Making technical recommendations in the Testing, Installation and Commissioning phases of customer projects.
Providing and supporting technical details, costs and deliverables for Sales Proposals.
Supporting Project Managers and Project Lead Engineers in technical reviews and discussions with Customers, Partners, Subcontractors and Vendors.
Supporting Contract Managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.
Creating and delivering the scope-specific work plan and budget as well as risk assessments as it pertains to your Engineering Discipline.
Helping customers resolve technical issues both remotely and on domestic / international customer sites.
Developing your Leadership and Communication skills by working with entry-level Engineers, Technicians and Support Teams.
Providing the cost-effective execution of Electrical Project Deliverables in accordance with Contract Specifications, Quality Standards, Schedule and Safety Requirements.
Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

Job Specification
Your background
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, IT, Computer Science, Mechanical, Mechatronics).
Minimum 2 years of local AU Switchboard / Service Engineering experience.
Graduates with experience in AU Switchboard Standards (LV/MV) encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated ability to work in a service environment where demands include customized and engineered solutions.
A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office Tools and Productivity Applications
