What you’ll be doing
An Australian healthcare recruitment agency is seeking Medical Recruitment Consultants to join a remote team connecting healthcare professionals with medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organisations across Australia.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Conduct phone and video interviews with healthcare professionals
- Screen and assess candidates for healthcare roles
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
- Communicate with clients and support placement processes
What we’re looking for
Must have
- Studied medicine or another healthcare-related field (e.g., MBBS, BDS, DPT, Pharmacy, Allied Health sciences)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Confident communicating professionally over phone, video calls, and email
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable laptop and stable, high-speed internet connection
- Quiet home working environment
- Available to work one of the following Pakistan Time shifts: 3:00 AM11:00 AM (OctMar) or 4:00 AM12:00 PM (AprSep)
