Salary - A$170,000–A$195,000 inclusive of superannuation, depending on experience.
About the role -
Lead endtoend UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations with a focus on Forecasting & Scheduling across Australian clients. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solution designs, own build/test/deploy activities, mentor team members, and drive continuous optimisation aligned to UKG best practices. Remote/flexible across Australia, with occasional client travel.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy UKG Pro WFM Forecasting & Scheduling solutions
- Facilitate discovery, document functional/technical designs, and manage scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct user research/UAT, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance, efficiency, and user experience
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide technical consultancy/mentorship
- Stay current on UKG Pro WFM updates and leverage new features
Requirements & Skills
- Proven UKG Pro WFM consulting experience with deep expertise in Scheduling, Forecasting, and Personas.
- Demonstrated success delivering UKG WFM projects in Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills; able to lead complex solution designs.

- UKG Pro WFM Certification.
- Broader WFM exposure across timekeeping, compliance, and labour rules.
