Urgent Hiring - Offshore Legal Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking, Full-Time WFH, AU Client)

We are urgently seeking a full-time Offshore Lawyer based in Malaysia to support an Australian client. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, with solid experience in corporate and commercial law. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders and handle diverse cross-border legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and corporate agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, compliance, and cross-border transactions.
• Support international business activities between Australia, Malaysia, and China.
• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders in Mandarin and English.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
