We are seeking a Part-Time On Rotation Personal Assistant to support our operations in the accounting industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a passion for helping our business thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations
