As the Senior Marketing Insights Analyst, you will hold a pivotal position in defining and orchestrating the Marketing Performance framework and overarching strategic planning initiatives. Your role will involve close collaboration with channel leads, leveraging insights and global strategies to ensure alignment and effectiveness across marketing endeavors.
A core aspect of your responsibility will revolve around the proactive analysis of Entain's marketing performance data, spanning paid, owned, and earned media channels. Through meticulous examination, you will extract valuable insights aimed at not only understanding current performance but also driving significant improvements in the ROI of marketing activities.
Utilizing a robust set of key performance indicators (KPIs), you will delve deep into data to uncover actionable insights. These insights will serve as the bedrock for strategic decision-making, guiding efforts towards maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing strategies.
Your contributions will not only impact the immediate marketing landscape but also contribute to the overarching growth agenda of the organization. Through your insights-driven approach, you will help steer the trajectory of marketing strategies, ensuring they remain agile and responsive to evolving market dynamics.

Your day-to-day...
- Work closely with the business areas to help them upskill their understanding of data and how it can help them improve their business decisions.
- Lead, define and secure the Marketing Performance framework and overall strategic planning by utilising insights, global strategies and connecting with channel leads.
- Proactively analyse data on Entain’s marketing performance (paid, owned and earned media) and translate the information into business insights to drive significant improvement of the ROI of Marketing activities.
- Develop operational and analytical reports, dashboards, datasets, and other reporting tools for various departments.
- Help to upskill and develop junior analysts in a range of both technical and soft skills.
What you’ll bring...
- Proven experience in areas such as; Marketing Measurement, Business Strategy Execution, Finance Planning/Operations, Business Case development, and performance reporting.
- Significant proven experience using SQL languages and a knowledge of BI architecture and principles.
- Experience in establishing and tracking key performance metrics, interpreting data and translating to financial outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills including a talent for interpreting business requirements and translating them into business insights.
- Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate to all levels within the business are essential. A willingness to learn with a pro-active personality and a good work ethic are equally vital.
