Your day-to-day...
- Execute CRM campaigns across key segment lifecycles, exercising automation journeys within customer engagement platforms across multiple owned channels such as emails and SMS.
- Develop content marketing collateral and SEO content for digitally owned assets.
- Manage and update CMS platforms such as Webflow as a communications channel for our audiences.
- Update B2B website and social media content where required.
- Delivery of copywriting with the ability to incorporate the brand’s voice to craft copy for media, promotions and other customer-facing assets.
- Support campaign post-mortem for learnings and opportunities.
What you’ll bring...
- Previous experience in a similar position, working within a B2B-facing brand or in product marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML and Boolean logic is fundamental.
- A proven track record of implementing marketing activations, including a mix of marketing tools and techniques.
- Working knowledge of digital media such as email automation, Meta and social media channels, website and video channels.
- Strong copywriting in PR, advertising, promotional copy, and product marketing copy.
- Experience with campaign and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of B2B journey, content creation and production.
