Job Description
Maxamp;You is a creatively driven amp; innovative Melbourne-based communications agency working across brand, digital marketing, public relations, film and shoot production, and graphics and animation for a premium client base. We specialise in the high-end luxury design, interiors, architecture, and property markets.
We are currently seeking an accomplished Senior Graphic Designer, poised to elevate their creative career by assuming a pivotal role within our highly experienced and dedicated team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Strategic and Communications Directors to spearhead the creative asset delivery for our agency and esteemed clients. You will be tasked with advancing the agency’s brand identity and visual standards whilst overseeing a diverse array of client deliverables.

- Harness diverse visual mediums to illustrate concepts
- Conceive and design imaginative visual solutions tailored to our clients
- Engage in client interactions to discuss layout and design strategies
- Exemplify an acute attention to detail
- Proficiency in designing for digital marketing platforms (web, social media, EDM)
- Experience Proficiency in designing print materials (brochures, posters, and flyers)
- Effective time management skills, organisation, and a deadline-driven work ethic
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with particular expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, and AfterEffects
- Liaise with external service providers, such as web designers, and printers when necessary
- Contribute collaboratively to team efforts by providing assistance with visual assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
- 5 years + experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional communication amp; writing skills, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design aptitude
- A Portfolio showcasing your body of work
Ideally, we would like this position to be full-time, however, we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements with the right candidate.
